As part of Qatar's ongoing Beautification Projects together with Public Works Authority ASHGHAL, a 2-year Project of Street Lighting Installation, Manufacture and Supply has been sealed by Al Nasr Holding Co. Wll through today's contract signing at the Venture Gulf Engineering Machine Shop Facility, lead by HE Dr. Engr. Saad bin Ahmed al-Mohannadi, the President of Public Works Authority ASHGHAL, and Mr. Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Nasser, the Vice Chairman and COO of Al Nasr Holding Co. Wll.

The project covers downtown Doha, which includes institutional, government, and prestige developments between Al Corniche Road and A-Ring Road, and the commercial, residential and business developments between A-Ring Road and C-Ring Road.

The new lighting poles have special design features reflecting the Qatari identity. The lighting poles to be installed along Doha corniche are designed in the form of palm frond and leaves shaped lighting poles to be installed along streets of Central Doha.

Al Nasr Holding Co. Wll is ventured with Jets Projects, a Qatari company specialized in design and management on lighting services, to supply 2,600 locally manufactured lighting poles to provide LED lighting extended along 10 km on Doha Corniche from Ras Abo Abboud Bridge to Doha Cityscape Area and along another two square kilometers around Central Doha.

However, due to the order of the Ministry of Interior amidst COVID-19 Pandemic, the office timings of Al Nasr Holding Co WLL along with its subsidiaries, will temporarily be from 7:00am - 1:00pm.
